11:35 am EST: TLT hit my IT forecast target range 129-133 set back in May 2015 with TLT trading near 115. Now I’m looking for TLT to reach the lower weekly trend-line at the 105 area going to the mid-year 2016. The weekly chart shows a pattern that has repeated in 2009-10, 2012-13 and now 2015-16.
