11:00 am EST: SCTY is showing a positive divergence on both the 4-hr and 60-min MACD at the recent low of 53.05. If SCTY can hold the 53.05 low, then the major [5] wave count make a new high above 88.35 at the [5]=[1] target of 97.79.
