September 21st, 2015: SP-500 EOD Update

4:35 pm EST:   The primary count is that major [1]-PC-C2 is underway, since the PB-C2 high of 2021, and is likely headed for the 1849 pivot area over the next few weeks.   The minor 1 of major [1] wave completed at 1953 and the minor 2 bounce is underway that may have completed today at the 38% retrace of 1979 or will make a move higher to the more typical 50%/62% Fibonacci retrace of 1987/1995, which is also within the 1991 pivot area.
