12:20 pm EST: TLT is showing a potential Inverse Head and Shoulders (IHS) pattern on the 60-min chart with a head at 118.13, neckline at 123.57 and a target of 129.01. TLT looks to be putting in the right shoulder now with a target area of at the 50%/62% retrace of 120.85/120.20. The left shoulder was at 120.37.
