What is the PUG Stock Market Analysis (SMA) Premium Service? (Updated 10-20-25)

The Premium Service uses Elliott Wave Theory, channel analysis, Fibonacci extension/retracement, momentum oscillators and chart pattern recognition to help forecast market directional moves.  Based on PUG’s own charts, trend lines and price movement projections, PUG will provide technical analysis updates.

• Focused on the SP-500 daily forecast using charting and technical analysis.
• Additional price forecast for various indexes, stocks and commodities (examples: QQQ: Nasdaq-100 once per week, IWM: Russell-2000 once per week, and Gold – GLD once per month) using charting and technical analysis.  Which additional charts are chosen is entirely up to PUG’s discretion based on significant price movement changes of importance.
• Website daily updates with password protected premium content (Note: updates are for days in which USA markets are open).
• Daily market commentary and charts (15-min, 60-min, daily and weekly time frames) with price movement projection provided.
• Moderated comments section where subscribers can interact real-time with PUG and other subscribers on technical analysis.
• Service Fee:  Monthly paid for 1 month, Quarterly paid for 3-months, or Annually paid for 12-months. Monthly and 3-Month subscriptions are recurring.

This PUG SMA Premium Service is provided on a “best effort” basis.  All updates will be made based on PUG’s judgment on what is important.  There can be “acts of God” and other circumstances that occasionally occur that could prevent PUG from making updates.  Additionally there maybe a few trading days throughout each month, where PUG can not provide the updates.  Those days will be announced at least one (1) day ahead of time.

2025 Pricing for PUG Stock Market Analysis (SMA) Premium Service:

• Monthly (1-Month) Subscriptions ($75 per month Recurring)
• Quarterly (3-Month) Subscriptions ($210 per 3-months Recurring, $70 per month = 6.7% discount to monthly):
• Annual (12-Month) Subscriptions ($720 per 12-months, $60 per month = 14.3% discount to quarterly and 20.0% discount to monthly):  The annual subscriptions run from January 1st to December 31st of the calendar year.  Annual Subscription sign-up is only allowed during December prior to the start of the calendar year.

2.  Read and accept the Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement

Notes on Subscriptions:

• Payments: Payment will be done via the PUG Stock Market Analysis Shop e-commerce payment system.  Payments must be cleared by the payment verification system before services begin. 
• Making a payment confirms that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement.
• Cancellations and Refunds:  Cancellation must be made before the recurring charge occurs.  There are no refunds.
• Free Trials:  Use of a free trial offer is allowed only once per subscriber.  No exceptions. 
• Termination:  The Terms of Service (TOS) agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms.  PUG may terminate this Agreement and/or your access to and use of the Services or any portion thereof, immediately, in the event PUG determines, in his sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement.  In addition, PUG reserves the right, upon notice and the reimbursement of any whole months remaining on your subscription, to terminate this Agreement without cause.
•  Code of Conduct:  The Services are intended for your sole use only.  The Services may not be shared with anyone else in any manner.  Also, there will be blog comment rules posted that must be followed.   Sharing the Services or violating the comment rules will result in immediate cancellation of the Services without refund.
