2:50 pm EST: On Friday, AAPL price reached the 200-day SMA (159.47) in a 5-wave drop the all-time high of 180.05.
For the primary (green) wave count this is the completion of a 3-3-5 wave major [4]-P1-C3 flat at the 23% Fibonacci retracement of the major [3] wave, which is 160.38. The major [5]=[1] target is 186.87.
The alternate (blue) count is that 180.05 marked the top of P1-C3 and now a P2 wave correction is underway. The 5-wave drop of 180.05 to 160.10 is minor 1 of major [A]-P2. There should be a minor 2 wave bounce to the 50%/62% Fib retracement at 170.08/172.47 before another big drop for minor 3 of major [A]. The initial major [A]-P2 target area is at 149.16.

11:10 am EST: I took another look at AAPL and this sell-off from 180.05 to 164.70 looks more like a potential major [4]-P1-C3 expanded flat and not a minor 4 for the alternate (blue) wave count. This would open the possibility of one more push up to about 192 for major [5]-P1 before a bigger sell of for P2-C3 down to the 134.54 pivot.
The primary (green) count remains that that major [5]-P1-C3 topped at 180.05 and that this first drop to 164.70 is minor 1 of major [A]-P2-C3. There should be wave minor 2 bounce to the 50%/62% Fib at 172.38/174.21 before a large minor 3 wave drop down toward the major [A] target of 149.16.

4:55 pm EST: AAPL price hit a very interesting level at 167.07 today, which is a perfect minor 4 expanded flat with (c)=1.62*(a) = 167.12. This could potentially lead to one more push up to complete minor 5 of major [5]-P1 at 182.01. A break below 160.87 would eliminate this alternate (blue) count.
