IWM broke above the minor 3 high at 124.61 and has reached 126.56. Minor 4 looks like a contracting triangle wave that completed at 119.74. The triangle target is 124.88 + (124.88 – 114.56) = 135.20. The minor 5 = minor 1 target range is 136.25 to 141.43 to complete major [1]-P1-C3.
