5:50 pm EST: TLT is at a critical price juncture here at the 123.15 pivot.
A failure at 123.15 would likely send the TLT to new lows below the 116.49 to a triple top (123.15) measured move target of 109.84.
A break above 123.15 would likely send TLT to new highs to the double bottom (116.49) measured move target of 129.40.
