Premium Service Enrollment for Q2-2011 (April 1st to June 30th) is NOW OPEN until March 31st (last day to sign-up is tomorrow).  After tomorrow there will be no sign-ups until June 24th-30th for Q3-2011.  You can read about the service description (there have been some changes), the requirement to sign the TOS Agreement and sign-up information here:  http://pugsma.com/pug-premium-sign-up/  FYI, as a small bonus I will provide the March Password to new subscribers as soon as they sign-up and make payment for Q2-2011.

5:30 pm EST:  Everything went along as forecasted today.   The SP-500 gapped over the 1320 resistance and tested the 1332 resistance band.

Primary count is that wave i-(3) of minor 3-[5]-P3 ended today at 1331.74.  I’m looking for a wave ii-(3) pull-back to hold the 1319/1323 gap area.  Fib retrace targets for wave ii-(3) are 1326 (23%), 1323 (38%) and 1319 (50%).  I’m still looking for wave (3) to reach the 1363 pivot area in the next week or so.  And I’m looking for major [5]-P3 to reach the 1391 area in the coming two months and it could reach as high as the 1440 pivot.  On the 15-min chart there is IHS with neck-line at 1320 and head at 1249, measures to the 1391 area.
