10:20 am EST:  The triangle count has been invalidated.  I have revised the primary count to show a wave (2) of minor 5 flat.  This flat must hold above 1294.26 intra-day to remain valid.  FYI this flat count for wave (2) of minor 5 is very similar the wave (2) of minor 2 low at 1173 back in November 2010. 

Below 1294.26, the alternate count takes over with the wave (c) of minor C target area of 1273, where (3)=1.62*(1).   Final destination of minor C ranges from 1251 to 1274.
