I don’t think the upside rally for the small caps is over. There could be some weakness in the next few days to a week in a wave iv of 3 pull-back to the 630 area. But I’m looking for a wave 3 target near 665 later this month (Jan). Ultimately I can see a level of 700 to 705 on the Russel before P1 is over.
